Reservations and Payment: To make a reservation, we need a valid credit card number to hold the reservation. No charge will be made until your charter day when you arrive. At that time you can leave the charges on the card or pay with one of the above listed methods. A Deposit of 25% is required at time of Booking. We will refund your deposit as long as you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled charter. Less than 48 hours cancellation is subject to full charge.
Gratuity: The Captain and Crew will do everything in their power to ensure you have a wonderful fishing experience. Captains and Crew split their tip. The gratuity amount should be based on service, not whether or not a fish was caught. A good rule to use is the same scale used at a fine restaurant based on the charter cost. (15 to 20% based on your experience.)
Fish Conservation:
We believe in tag and release of Marlin and will release at the anglers request. We can arrange to have your catch sized and mounted upon request without harm to the fish. Table fish from other species can be cut on request and be picked up the next day after processing. In Hawaii, and with high fuel costs, it is customary for the catch to be marketed and is part of the crew and boats income. If you desire to keep your catch beyond table fare, a discounted market rate will apply.
